LDH Coulter Mixer
working principle:
The machine consists of motor, transmission mechanism, horizontal cylinder, coulter, flying knife and other parts. Under the action of the coulter, the material flows axially and radially along the wall of the cylinder. When the material flows through the flying knife, it is thrown by the flying knife that rotates at high speed, thereby achieving uniform mixing in a short time.
Features and scope of application:
Wide adaptability, can be used for materials with poor fluidity.
It is suitable for powder-powder and powder-liquid mixing, and the liquid addition amount can reach 30%.
It is suitable for the composite granulation operation of wet granulation, chemical reaction and drying of certain materials.
