XDH lower drive cone mixer
working principle:
This model is an improved version of the double-spiral mixer. There is only one long spiral inside the barrel for rotation. The rotation of the screw shaft is driven separately. The rotation motor is located at the lower part of the cylinder, and the rotation motor is located at the upper part of the cylinder.
Features and scope of application:
The mixing process is gentle, and the materials will not cause crushing, abrasion and overheating.
The internal transmission structure is simple, which can effectively prevent contamination due to grease leakage.
Small investment and low energy consumption.
Suitable for mixing powder-powder, powder-granule and powder with a small amount of liquid.

1. Processing capacity of each batch (t) = full volume (m3) × loading factor (0.6) × apparent density (generally ≤ 0.8t / m3).
2. When the apparent density is> 0.8t / m3, the power of the equipment can be changed appropriately.
